We are searching for a diligent and professional Quality Analyst to join our Quality Assurance & Testing team. The Quality Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet stringent industry standards and help us in our mission to eliminate preventable treatment errors. You will be tasked with the critical responsibility of maintaining our commitment to patients and healthcare professionals by ensuring every product from B. Braun Medical Inc. adheres to regulatory compliance and safety standards. Conduct regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping. Implement and monitor test scripts to assess quality, recording results and providing feedback. Work closely with the production team to ensure quality standards are met during the manufacturing process. Review and analyze whether products comply with quality standards and regulations. Identify any issues or defects and conduct troubleshooting measures to correct the defects. Prepare detailed reports on quality audits, compliance, and overall quality performance. Maintain all documentation related to Quality Test procedures and ensure continuous improvements in system capabilities. Proven ability to work with statistical analysis software and tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Effective interpersonal skills for communicating complex information. Ability to maintain meticulous records. Competency in using quality testing tools and methodologies. Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or similar credentials are highly preferred.
