Ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level

Transformation Lead (DTL), you will serve as the chief strategist
and lead technical advisor for the most sophisticated Agency
Partners. You are the architect of their AI Transformation Agenda,
ensuring they remain indispensable in a rapidly shifting landscape.

and Client Solutions, you will drive the growth of Google’s ads
business by pioneering transformative data signals and AI-first
strategies. Your mission is to elevate the data maturity of your

scaling AI-powered products, you will define what it means to be a

Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought

of Google. The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$142,000-$207,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are
determined by role, level, and location. Within the range,
individual pay is determined by work location and additional
factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant

Responsibilities Partner with Agency leaders to build a visionary,
long-term roadmap for advancing their Google ads data and
measurement infrastructure. Lead the business cycle for prioritized
data and AI-powered Ads opportunities across all buying doors
(Google Ads and GMP products) to drive product adoption and
business growth. Pitch and sell the value proposition of data and
measurement infrastructure, securing Agency/client commitment on
the requirements to scale. Serve as the internal bridge between
Google Ads and Google Cloud teams to build future-forward data and
tech solutions with Agencies. Own the Agency Education and scale
foundational and infrastructure work, including driving the
adoption of foundational infrastructure (e.g., GA4 SoT, Enhanced
Conversions (EC), and GMP bidding signals. ) where the agency is
involved.
