Job Description:
As a Staff HR Business Partner for the Go-to-Market departments,
you will play a pivotal role in aligning our strategic business
objectives with HR strategies and operations. You will be a key
advisor to senior leaders within the Sales, Marketing, and Customer
Success teams, providing expertise in areas such as leadership
coaching, compensation, talent management, organizational
development, employee engagement, and performance management.

Compensation and Benefits
[For New York and California Based Only]
The cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $140,000
- $157,500. Final compensation amounts are determined by multiple
factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary
from the amount listed above.

In addition to the base salary, 100% of Ridgeline employees can
