Job Description:
BRIDGE is currently seeking a Vice President, Marketing who will
be responsible for leading our marketing strategy and execution.
This visionary leader will have a deep understanding of our
business and scaling B2B marketing organizations, driving pipeline
generation, elevating brand awareness, and enabling sales success
in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment. This role is
responsible for translating high-level business objectives into a
cohesive, scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategy; lead a
high-performance organization to define our market position and
drive sustainable enterprise growth in our ecosystem. Overall
responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive, integrated
marketing strategy that aligns with aggressive business goals
(revenue, market share, brand equity) Own the brand narrative,
positioning and core value proposition Elevate Bridge’s market
presence through elite storytelling, thought leadership, and
integrated communications that establish the Bridge as a dominant
industry leader Ensure compelling and consistent messaging all
customer segments and channels (brands, agencies, and local media
companies). Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
encompassing product marketing, demand generation, content,
communications (PR/AR), and creative services Foster a culture of
high accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
Foster a data-driven, accountable, and innovative culture within
the marketing organization. Partner deeply with Sales leadership to
bridge the gap between marketing activity and closed-won revenue,
ensuring the field is equipped with the intelligence and collateral
needed to win Desired skills, education, and experience: 10 years
of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a
senior leadership role (Director or VP) within the AdTech or
MarTech sector Demonstrable success in driving B2B revenue and
scaling a global demand generation engine Deep expertise in the
"Demand Waterfall" and modern GTM tech stacks. You have a history
of scaling lead-to-revenue models that consistently meet or exceed
aggressive pipeline targets. A "revenue-first" mindset with a
history of building high-trust, high-impact partnerships with Sales
and Customer Success leadership Exceptional ability to synthesize
complex marketing data into clear, actionable insights for the CEO,
Board of Directors, and external investors Proven ability to
recruit, mentor, and retain a multidisciplinary team of
high-performers across demand gen, brand, product marketing, and
ops A visionary leader who fosters a culture of high
accountability, rapid experimentation, and creative excellence
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA
is a plus. The salary range for this position is $180,000-$220,000.
