A global logistics company in the Hackensack, NJ area is looking for a Bilingual (English/Japanese) Moving Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in moving and transportation in the logistic industry. This is a full-time, direct hire, hybrid position.

Bilingual (English/Japanese) Moving Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

Assist customers moving heavy goods from one location to the other
Drive company vehicle to different locations in Ontario, including but not limited to Ottawa and Montreal to transport customers' properties.
Create estimates and invoices for customers
Respond to customers' inquiries in a professional manner
Obtain receipts or signatures from customers, collect payment for service when needed
Coordinate with other company employees to plan and implement moving duties



Bilingual (English/Japanese) Moving Coordinator Requirements Include:

MUST have a valid full driver's license
Must be able to speak, read and write professional level of Japanese (JLPT N1 level)
While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift at least 50 pounds, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision
Preferably has 1-2 years' of work experience in the moving, transportation
Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Excel (using pivot tables, formulas, Vlookup, etc.) and QuickBooks is preferred
