Job Purpose: The Project Coordinator is a vital component of the
overall success of client relationships. The Project Coordinator is
responsible for ensuring the successful completion of each client
project by utilizing written and oral communication skills,
effectively applying company technology, and prioritizing tasks.
Position Competencies: Organized and Detail Oriented- Ability to
stay organized and prioritize workflow.
Technology Astute-Ability to utilize technology to effectively and
efficiently perform all job functions. Proficient in Microsoft
Communication- Uses clear language to communicate information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Duties and
Responsibilities: Utilize active listening skills to document
clients' requested services within the company work order system in
an efficient and accurate manner.
Identify and assign appropriate trade-related vendors.
Recruit, vet, and onboard new vendors per compliance
Utilize negotiation skills in order to achieve competitive
Ensure that client needs were met by following up with both the
clients and vendors in a timely manner.
Build rapport with clients and routinely call to ensure overall
Provide timely and comprehensive written and oral updates
throughout the duration of a work order. Work to resolve or
escalate disputes to the project manager needed.
Track all materials needed to complete a project and schedule
Employ critical thinking skills to effectively detect, investigate
and solve all client issues utilizing the work order management
Certify all information logged in our work order management system
is accurate and complete. Entries should be logged in timely
Ensure all required, supporting information is obtained in order to
guarantee the accurate invoicing of the client.
Maintain a positive attitude with all clients and vendors and
demonstrate a focus on customer service.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Six (6) months to One (1)
year of facilities management experience.
Six (6) months of experience working with subcontractors.
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask without forgoing the
quality of work. Working Conditions: The work environment
