*WORK FROM HOME***Monday-Friday Daylight Position*****FRENCH BI-LINGUAL (FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND FRENCH (CANADIAN FRENCH PREFERRED) IN BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN SKILLS*******ALL WORK FROM HOME EQUIPMENT PROVIDED! ****Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills
  • Work in one or multiple queues/skill sets over various customer service platforms (email, telephone, social media, etc.)
  • Handle numerous customer inquiries promptly, accurately, and efficiently
  • Navigate between computer screens (CRM Software, ACD System, Email and Web Browser) while actively listening and entering customer informationQualifications:
    • Previous experience in customer service
    • Must be fluent in English and Canadian French (written and verbal)
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Minimum Associates degree, bachelors preferred
    • Experience operating PCs to Type, Navigate the Internet, Search Databases, etc.
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Love for cooking a plus
