Inventory and Parts Associate North Bergen, NJ

Job Summary

Coach USA, one of the largest transportation companies in North America, is hiring a full time Inventory and Parts Associates at its Perfect Body North Bergen location. This position reports to the General Manager.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and place purchase orders to all parts and service according to company contracts
• Maintain and perform inventories as to company policy
• Process invoices
• Maintain an orderly workplace
• Adjust stock to manage accumulation of unused or old parts.
• Apply for all warranties and enter all commercial work orders
• Assist maintenance personnel with data entry as needed
  
  Required Experience/Skills:
  
  • Previous parts experience
  • Knowledge of computer-based inventory system
  • Detail oriented
  • Excel proficient
  • Good communication skills
