Systems Corp. is seeking an Assembler to join the team. Entry Level
candidates are encouraged to apply. We will provide training! The
Assembler plays a crucial role in the production process by
ensuring that components are accurately assembled into finished
products. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a
commitment to quality, as the assembler will be responsible for
performing visual inspections to guarantee that all products meet
the company's standards. The assembler will work closely with other
team members on the production line, contributing to a
collaborative environment that emphasizes efficiency and safety.
Additionally, the assembler will utilize various hand tools and
power equipment to complete assembly tasks, ensuring that
production goals are met on time. Ultimately, the assembler's work
directly impacts the overall success of the manufacturing process
and customer satisfaction with the final product. SEKO is a
world-renowned manufacturer of dosing pumps and metering systems
with over 40 years’ experience. From systems designed to deliver
hygiene and surface cleaning to treatment of water for human
consumption, or for use in cooling towers, swimming pools and in
myriad industrial processes, SEKO delivers solutions tailored to
meet any given need thanks to its specialization in the design and
manufacture of solenoid and motor driven dosing pumps, along with
measurement and analysis systems. Opportunity available is for the
8:00am – 4:30pm shift, Monday through Friday in Tullytown, PA
Previous assembly line experience is a plus! Responsibilities:
Assemble and test finished products to ensure quality standards are
met Meet production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality
standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Participation in
conducting warehouse inventory counts as required. Insure proper
items and quantities were provided by warehouse staff Ability to
focus on details, recall/retain information/Count properly Ability
to comprehend and express oral and written communication Ability to
focus on work details for a period within an environment of
occasional audio and visual distractions, mildly fluctuating
temperatures and workspaces Ability to effectively handle goods,
use tools, move materials, use operating equipment or machinery,
etc. Ability to stand while working Ability to coordinate 2 or more
limbs while standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, squatting, etc.
Ability to use hands, fingers, legs, feet, in a repetitious motion
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull (up to 50 lbs.) Ability to see
details at a close range Ability to match or detect differences
between colors Normal range of motion and good manual dexterity are
necessary for this job. Minimum Requirements: High school diploma
or equivalent Successful completion of a drug screen and background
check Experience in assembly or manufacturing environments
preferred Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
Skills: The required skills for this position, such as proficiency
in the assembly process and the use of hand tools, are essential
for completing daily tasks efficiently. Small hand tools will be
utilized regularly to ensure that components are securely and
accurately assembled. Visual inspection skills are critical for
identifying defects and ensuring that all products meet quality
standards before they leave the production line. Familiarity with
production line operations will enhance the assembler's ability to
work collaboratively with team members and contribute to overall
productivity. Preferred skills, such as knowledge of quality
control procedures, will further enhance the assembler's
effectiveness in maintaining high standards throughout the assembly
