We are seeking reliable independent contractors with the right vehicles and a strong work ethic to join our delivery network. Position Overview We are looking for experienced drivers with 26ft box trucks or larger to transport a variety of freight across the US. This role requires professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Pick up and deliver freight in a safe and timely manner Follow scheduled routes and delivery instructions accurately Maintain communication regarding delivery status Handle items with care and professionalism Follow all interstate guidelines when applicable Maintain a clean and professional appearance Minimum Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Valid clean CDL and/or Non-CDL driver's license (no serious violations) Legally authorized to work in the United States Strong communication and professionalism Ability to pass drug screen, background, and driving record checks Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) Vehicle Requirements 26ft Box Truck or larger Vehicle must be in good working condition Proof of insurance and registration required What We’re Looking For Dependable and punctual contractors Detail-oriented and organized Comfortable being on the road for extended periods of time Professional demeanor Compensation Competitive contract rates (70% commission per load) Consistent delivery opportunities Long-term partnership potential for reliable contractors Job Type: Contract Work Location: On the road
