SourceProSearch is seeking an experienced Bankruptcy Paralegal to join the New Jersey Office . If you have a strong background in bankruptcy law and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. What You’ll Do: Provide legal assistance and support to Bankruptcy Attorneys in handling bankruptcy cases. Prepare and file various legal documents, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions. Conduct bankruptcy-related research and assist with all aspects of bankruptcy transactions. Follow up on case status and docket relevant information, ensuring future follow-up dates are met. Perform bankruptcy searches using various databases and docket results. Draft and review legal documents, including bankruptcy motions. Assist with electronic court filings and collaborate with clients and third parties to resolve issues. What You’ll Bring: At least 5 years of experience as a Bankruptcy Paralegal in a law firm. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and document management systems like iManage. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both individually and in a team setting. Proven ability to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to attorneys and clients. Education and Experience: Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or Paralegal Certificate required.
