SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal with 3-6 years of experience. Ideally, the candidate will have spent at least one year at a top-tier law firm. Availability for overtime work and intermittent travel for trials is required. What You'll Do: Preparing deposition exhibits, Notice of Appearance, trial exhibit list, and other documents for attorneys. Organizing and maintaining documents in a paper or electronic filing system. Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, manage logistics, etc.) Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes Prepare electronic binders and manage logistics to have them printed and delivered Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices Filing pleadings with court clerk Attend trial/arbitration in NY or out of state, liaise between trial teams and internal/external third parties, provide paralegal support as needed What You'll Bring: 3-6 years’ experience, preferably at least one of which at a top tier big law Bachelor’s degree required Must be available for overtime work and intermittent travel for trial Must be able to function effectively independently and also work well with team Proficient with Microsoft Office, and excel Strong oral and written communication skills Knowledgeable about all steps of the litigation process Excellent organizational skills and resourceful Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time sensitive documents, pay attention to details to produce prompt and error free work product Able to work well under tight deadline Hybrid schedule (3 days in, 2 days WFH) https://sourceprosearch.com/
