Job Description Job Description Job Title: Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant Location: Hackensack NJ 07601 Salary/Payrate: $90-$115K and AWESOME benefits Work Environment: Hybrid (2 of days WFH) Term: Permanent / Fulltime Bachelor’s degree required: Preferred Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired JOB DESCRIPTION Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support its attorneys and associates across multiple practice areas, including Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate, Tax, and Trusts & Estates. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to attorneys and associates in various practice areas Assist with document preparation, filing, and client communication Manage calendars, scheduling, and meetings Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Support the preparation of legal documents and correspondence Qualifications: 3 years of legal administrative experience Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and InTapp Knowledge of iManage and PowerPoint is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled administrative professional looking to contribute to a leading law firm in a dynamic role.
