What We’re Looking For: J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction of the office where you apply 3–6 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or asset-based lending AmLaw 100 or large law firm experience strongly preferred Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range: $260,000 – $390,000 , depending on location and experience Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Access to firmwide training, mentorship, and professional development programs This role offers the chance to join a high-performing, supportive team where your contributions will be valued and your career can thrive.
