Location: New York City or Uniondale, NY

Salary Range: $132,500 - $161,500

Job Description:

Our client, a full-service law firm with five offices in New York State, is seeking an attorney for their Trusts and Estates department. The position is available in one or both of its New York City and/or Uniondale, Long Island, offices.

Responsibilities:

Assist partners with all aspects of general trusts and estates, with a strong emphasis on estate planning.
Manage and organize estate planning cases.
Prepare and file relevant legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Contribute to the growth of the firm through excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

Significant work experience in estate planning.
LL.M. in Estate Planning will be considered in lieu of work experience.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Motivated to contribute to the growth of the firm.
