seeking an entrepreneurial, highly technical product leader to
define and scale our Computer Vision (CV) portfolio for enterprise
customers at Comcast Business. You’ll own strategy, roadmap, and
execution across the full lifecycle—discovery, pilots, launch, and
scale—while leading a cross functional team and collaborating
across Engineering, Data Science, UX/Design, Operations, Sales,
Marketing, Business Development, and Legal. You’ll manage a
portfolio of CV capabilities, adjacent SaaS services and how CV
unlocks additional value when combined with our existing IoT
solutions and platform. Your mandate: deliver intuitive, reliable,
robust products that solve real operational problems and drive
measurable business outcomes for customers across the Retail
segment especially in the Food & Beverage/Restaurant and
Convenience Store sub-verticals. Job Description Scope & Impact:
Portfolio Ownership: Lead the CV product line: refine the product
vision and strategy, build the business case, and rationalize
build/buy/partner decisions across hardware, edge, cloud, and
integrations . Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross?functional
product team (PMs and embedded software/ML resources); set goals,
accelerate execution, and foster innovation (POCs, accelerators,
internal tools). Zero?to?One & Scale: Take products from concept ?
field pilots ? GA ? scaled deployment with Fortune 1000s; manage
device and model lifecycle, upgrades, and deprecations. What You'll
Do: Product Strategy & Roadmap Maintain a roadmap of customer
problems to solve and a 12–18 month vision for camera?based CV and
enterprise SaaS services. Define product requirements (PRDs, user
stories, acceptance criteria), success metrics, and financial
models (ROI, margin, payback). Drive build / buy / partner
strategy—camera OEMs, CV solutions partners, etc. Customer
Discovery & Market Development Facilitate user research with
UX/Design; conduct site observations and structure
hypothesis?driven experiments. Support pilots with Operations (site
selection, logistics, instrumentation, success criteria,
reporting). Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and BD on
positioning, pricing & packaging, promotions , and enterprise
go?to?market motions. Market & Competitive Intelligence Conduct
ongoing market research and feasibility analyses ; publish
quarterly competitive updates (CV stacks, VMS, privacy/compliance,
vertical benchmarks). Track vertical trends and regulatory
considerations (privacy?by?design, SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA ). Evaluate
leading technology vendors in the space leading efforts to onboard
new technologies and partners Execution & Operational Excellence
Partner with Engineering/Data Science to scope and deliver
first?party solutions across hardware, edge inference, model
services, and deployment. Establish policies and mechanisms for
forecasting, cost/margin analysis, device and model lifecycle , and
SLA management. Stand up product health and model performance
dashboards (adoption, accuracy, latency, cost, false
positive/negative rates, NPS/CSAT). Leadership & Culture Champion
the customer experience with seamless digital touchpoints and a
bias to action. Model our operating principles— own the customer
experience, win as a team, elevate feedback loops (NPS), drive
results and growth, champion inclusion & diversity, and do what’s
right . Act as internal/external evangelist for the CV portfolio;
represent roadmap and value to customers, partners, and executives.
Note: Some pilots and go?lives may require occasional

Business to do so. Qualifications: Required: 10 years in Product
Management (Enterprise SaaS, Computer Vision, AI/ML, Video, or
IoT); 5 years leading teams or complex product portfolios. Proven
delivery of technical products end?to?end—discovery ? pilots ? GA ?
scaled deployments—with edge compute , cameras, data pipelines,
and/or ML models. Strong technical fluency : model performance &
monitoring, video streams (ONVIF/RTSP), edge/cloud architectures,
integrations, security & compliance considerations. Data?driven
decision maker with superb communication skills—equally effective
with engineers, executives, and customers. Experience collaborating
across Sales, Marketing, Operations/TPx, Legal, and divisions;
comfort with Fortune 1000 customers. Preferred: Experience with VMS
ecosystems (Milestone, Genetec), NVIDIA DeepStream, ONNX , model
optimization, or MLOps (model registry, deployment, monitoring).
Domain exposure in the Retail Vertical operations Tools: Jira,
Salesforce (helpful, not required). Startup/scale?up experience;
comfort with ambiguity and roll?up?your?sleeves execution.
