Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral services in
a school setting located in Bordentown, New Jersey. The ideal
candidate will work closely with the school administration to
provide services to students in accordance with established

Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. • Minimum of one (1) year
supervised experience as a Behavior Analyst. • Demonstrated
experience providing behavioral services within public school
settings under IEPs, 504 Plans, and/or Intervention & Referral
Services (I&RS) Plans. • Experience conducting Functional
Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention
Plans (BIPs). • Ability to provide services in accordance with New
Jersey public school regulations and district policies. • Ability
to participate in due process hearings, complaint investigations,
and other legal proceedings as required. • Ability to perform the
functions of the position. Responsibilities: • Conduct Functional
Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop, implement, and revise
Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) aligned with IEPs, 504 Plans,
and I&RS Plans. • Provide direct behavioral services, including
intensive instruction, verbal behavior programming, discrete trial
sessions, and individualized student interventions. • Collaborate
with teachers, district staff, and families through classroom
observations, consultations, and parent training to support
effective behavior planning. • Monitor and analyze student data (at
minimum monthly), track progress, write goals/objectives, and
participate in meetings related to student performance. • Develop
behavioral programming initiatives and deliver staff training and
professional development to support district-wide behavior systems.
• Maintain required documentation, including service logs, billing
records, quarterly summaries, and all district-mandated reports. •
Support district initiatives, participate in legal proceedings when
required, and perform additional duties within scope of
qualifications as assigned. • Any other duties as assigned.
