Manager (English/Spanish) to lead our team in a high-volume,
24-hour restaurants located in the heart of the city. As an Area
Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a dynamic operation —
inspiring your teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and
maintaining excellence in every aspect of the business. This role
is ideal for someone who brings ambition, energy, and genuine
passion for people to the table every day. Job Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team in a fast-paced
environment Manage daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and
product quality Drive sales and profitability through smart
business decisions and team engagement Oversee labor, inventory,
and food cost controls of group of locations Create a positive,
high-energy culture where employees feel valued and guests feel
welcomed Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with all
operational procedures Job Qualifications Bilingual in English and
Spanish (required) 3 years of restaurant management experience,
preferably in high-volume or 24-hour operations Strong leadership
and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple
priorities Passion for developing people and fostering an inclusive
