Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Two Occupational Therapist positions are available in Schnecksville, Pennsylvania, serving students in special education settings across Carbon and Lehigh Counties. These contract roles are scheduled for 35 hours per week, following the school calendar, with assignments running from ASAP through mid-June 2026 (tentative). The role focuses on delivering occupational therapy services to support students functional, motor, sensory, and adaptive skills, promoting their independence and success within the educational environment. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, active participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development, and adherence to state and federal regulations are essential components of these positions. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students with disabilities in school settings Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans aligned with IEP goals Collaborate effectively with educators, related service providers, and families to support student progress Maintain thorough documentation and comply with all applicable regulations Utilize electronic documentation systems proficiently Qualifications and Experience: Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license (required) Experience working with students in special education environments Proven experience in IEP development and implementation Strong organizational and documentation abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in electronic documentation platforms and basic computer skills Location: One therapist position in Carbon County One therapist position in Lehigh County Based in Schnecksville, PA To be considered, candidates must submit proof of active Pennsylvania OT licensure along with a detailed resume highlighting relevant experience.
