This role focuses on delivering expert perioperative care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries, requiring strong clinical knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a high-acuity surgical environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain the operating room for cardiovascular procedures, ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and functional. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care before, during, and after surgery. Monitor patient vital signs and assist with emergency interventions as needed during surgical procedures. Document care activities accurately and comply with hospital protocols and safety standards.
