The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking full-time Neurologists to join its practices in Manhattan! The 34th Street District is comprised of 31 busy blocks in the heart of Manhattan. It is a working district, with over 100,000 office workers coming in daily. It is a gateway to the city for visitors from New Jersey, Long Island, and the entire eastern seaboard. It is a magnet for tourists and fans of music and sports. In addition, of course, it is one of the greatest shopping districts in New York. Position Description: - Work with a variety of specialties including cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, urology, radiology, and podiatry - Serve a diverse population and live in a neighborhood with excellent school districts and easy access to Manhattan - Support staff: Medical assistants and techs (lab, echo, radiology) - Call schedule example: alternating call coverage within the same specialty - No teaching, research, or administrative responsibilities - Competitive salary and benefits offered including productivity bonuses, 6 weeks of paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage - EMR system: Epic Position Qualifications: - Medical Degree from an Accredited University - New York Medical License - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurology - Sleep Medicine Fellowship preferred - Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve Compensation range from 220K to 260K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits) Salary Disclosure Information: Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.
