Job Description:
Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical
Therapist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As
a prominent provider of outpatient physical therapy services, Ivy
Rehab focuses on delivering customized, evidence-based treatments
tailored to each patient's unique needs. In this role, you will be
responsible for evaluating patient conditions, designing therapy
and treatment plans, and implementing those plans to help patients
achieve optimal physical function. You will work closely with other
skilled therapists and healthcare providers to provide holistic
care that aligns with our mission of enhancing patient vitality and
well-being. Conduct patient assessments to determine their physical
condition and diagnose their impairments. Develop individualized
treatment plans that target patients' specific needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions effectively, such as exercise,
manual therapy, and equipment-assisted therapy. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
coordination. Educate patients and their families about the
treatment process and how to promote ongoing wellness. Document
patient care and progress, adhering to legal and regulatory
requirements. Participate in professional development activities
and maintain current knowledge of physical therapy practices.
Strong analytical skills to assess patient conditions and interpret
diagnostic data. Ability to create effective treatment plans and
implement them successfully. Superb interpersonal skills to foster
positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
Knowledge of current therapy practices and delivery methodologies.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current state license to practice physical therapy. American Board
of Physical Therapy Specialties certification is an advantage but
not required.
