Job Description A progressive 192-bed hospital in the scenic
Hudson Valley is seeking a full-time Urologist to join a collegial
team, just 2 hours north of NYC and 45 minutes south of Albany.
This opportunity allows you to practice both outpatient and
inpatient Urology while enjoying excellent work-life balance and a
supportive environment. Position Highlights: - Setting: Outpatient
and inpatient care - Team: 2 Urologists, supported by nursing,
administrative staff, and an onsite office manager - Schedule:
Negotiable; light call (1:3), with weekend rounding and emergency
coverage only - Position Type: Full-time, permanent - Reason for
Recruitment: Retiring physician Responsibilities: - Evaluate,
diagnose, and manage urologic conditions in both outpatient and
inpatient settings - Provide surgical and procedural care as
clinically indicated - Collaborate with primary care and
multispecialty teams to coordinate patient care - Participate in
quality improvement initiatives and contribute to practice growth
Compensation & Benefits: - Hospital-employed position with
guaranteed base salary plus productivity incentives - Compensation
range: $394,230 " $599,289, based on experience - Comprehensive
