Start Date: As soon as credentialed. Allow 90 days for locums to complete the credentialing process. Description of required : N/AOutpatient: Completion of outpatient cardiology visits for new and established patients. Supervision of diagnostic testing including stress testing and CCTA in building. Supporting staff: Medical Assistant and Patient Service Assistant in office Nurse triage Schedule: Monday-FridayHours: 8am-4:30pmCall: No Volume: Estimated 16 patients/day On Call: No Location Hazleton Schuylkill Pocono Lehigh: PoconoPhysical Addresses: • Pocono Creek- 1326 Golden Slipper Road Bartonsville PA 18321• LVPG Cardiology- East Stroudsburg: 179 Independence Road East Stroudsburg PA 18301 Assignment Length: 6 months with potential to expand Credentialing Credentialing process takes up to 90 days from submission for candidates with an active PA license.
