Position TravelNurseSource is working with Thrive Staffing to find
a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
19140! Job Title Float Pool RN ICU City/State: Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania Shift: NOC (19:00 – 07:30) Contract Length: 12 weeks
Start Date: 03/16/2026 Job Description: RNs will provide care to
ICU boarders that will be in the PACU unit. The expected patient
population will be Trauma overflow; however, previous trauma
training is not required. RN may float to ED for ICU holds or to
other ICU/Stepdown units based on need/census. Unit operating hours
are Monday 7am to Saturday 7pm, no Sundays. Will consider blocked
scheduling. Responsibilities: Assesses, implements, and evaluates
care needed by assigned patients under the direction of the
licensed physician. The RN is knowledgeable about principles,
theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice.
Using the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient,
patient's family members/significant others, professional peers,
and other members of the health care team to individualize patient
care. Directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient
care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative
and departmental policies and procedures. Requirements: Graduate of
an accredited school of nursing - Required Bachelor's Degree -
Preferred 1 year experience in area of clinical specialty -
Preferred PA Registered Nurse License - Required Basic Life Support
