supportive environment. Job Description: As an independent
contractor with Dr. Tina Scott & Associates, you will deliver
expert counseling services to our clients, helping them navigate
through their mental health journeys. This position allows for
flexibility in scheduling and requires a commitment to maintaining
a minimum caseload. Responsibilities: Conduct initial assessments,
develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing psychotherapy to
individuals, couples, or groups based on clinical needs. Maintain a
minimum weekly caseload of 10 clients. Ensure documentation and
client records are completed promptly per state regulations and
company policies. Collaborate with other mental health
professionals as needed to coordinate client care. Adhere to all
professional and ethical standards as set forth by governing
bodies. Requirements: Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, or
a related field. Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC) credential in Pennsylvania. Proven track record of
providing psychotherapy to a diverse client population. Excellent
interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to
work independently with a high level of integrity and
professionalism. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with
modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or others. Additional
certifications or training specific to mental health disorders.
