Job Description:
Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our skilled team
of healthcare professionals. We are committed to providing
top-notch physical therapy services personalized to each patient's
unique needs. In this role, you will work under the supervision of
licensed physical therapists to help patients recover and improve
their mobility and quality of life. This position requires a
proactive approach to patient care, excellent communication skills,
and a heartfelt desire to assist in the healing process. Assist
physical therapists in the assessment and treatment of patients.
Carry out treatment plans designed by the physical therapist, such
as therapeutic exercises, modalities, and hands-on therapy.
Document patient progress and communicate patient status to the
physical therapist. Educate patients and their families on
post-treatment care and exercises. Maintain equipment and treatment
areas. Adhere to safety and health regulations. Strong
interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients,
families, and staff. Ability to follow detailed instructions and
maintain comprehensive records. Knowledge of therapeutic techniques
and physical therapy modalities. Physical stamina and dexterity to
assist patients with their physical therapy exercises. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state
Physical Therapist Assistant license. CPR certified.
