Infojini Healthcare II is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Care Level III for a local contract job in Wayne, New Jersey. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Long Term Care Discipline: LPN / LVN Start Date: 07/28/2025 Duration: 26 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days, evenings Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: LPN Long-Term Care Location: Wayne, NJ 07470, United States Pay Rate: $40.00–$45.00 per hour Start Date: July 28, 2025 Shifts Available: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 openings) Important: Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) coverage is mandatory . Key Responsibilities: Deliver routine nursing care to long-term care residents in accordance with facility policies. Assist with Ventilator and Tracheostomy care under RN supervision. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Accurately document resident care and clinical observations. Monitor resident health status and promptly report changes to the RN or physician. Support resident well-being by ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety. Supervise and direct Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on the unit. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols at all times. Active LPN license in the state of New Jersey. Experience with Ventilator and Tracheostomy care preferred. Minimum 1 year of recent LTC or sub-acute care experience preferred. Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent). Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills.
