We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care. With well-trained staff, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for excellence.Responsibilities of LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Assess resident health needs and report changes to the physician and family and with admission, discharge, or transfer of residents
• Conduct brief meeting with nursing personnel ending their shift and beginning their shift
• Carry-out orders from the attending physician
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by attending physician
• Create and maintain resident charts, noting all pertinent information within the chart
• Prepares complaint/incident report forms regarding employees, residents, families, or physicians and submit all written reports to the Director of Nursing and Administrator
• Assist in performance evaluations of certain personnel and attend conferences, continuing education seminars, and in-services, either on-site or away from the facilityRequirements of LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse:
  • Be a professional to coordinate and deliver high quality nursing care
  • Help the residents reach their maximum possible state of health and well-being through good assessment and education to both the resident and the families
