of Strategic Pricing - NA executes critical pricing capabilities,
including strategy development for the complete product lifecycle,
price management, governance, analytics, forecasting. Reporting to
the Sr. Director, Market Access & Revenue Management, you will:
- Originate and evaluate pricing programs to support market
access goals.
- Support the complete CSL NA Seqirus portfolio, including
pipeline and inline products.
- Partner with leaders across cross-functional units, including
Commercial Operations, Legal Affairs, Policy, and Compliance.
- Evolve existing capabilities to ensure CSL Seqirus will meet
our business objectives while developing a talented team.The
RoleLead CSL Seqirus NA Strategic Pricing function in pricing
execution:
- Develop strategic pricing recommendations for private markets
in collaboration with NA Commercial Operations teams.
- Guide strategic pricing decisions by collecting and analyzing
industry pricing trends to inform Market Access & Revenue
Management decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally to incorporate a differentiated
value proposition into product development from the earliest
stages.
- Provide leadership by communicating the current strategic
pricing landscape and advocating for appropriate investment in
evidence and market access programs.
- Provide consultation, mentorship, and technical advice to
internal colleagues throughout the organization.
- Influence pricing forecasting for all customer segments.
- Develop infrastructure (tools, systems, databases) to maintain
pricing trends and history, enable analytics, and inform
decision-making.Leading the Evolution of Strategic Pricing
CapabilitiesDevelop a long-term roadmap to evolve strategic pricing
capabilities, influence senior leadership on market insights,
collaborate across the organization, contribute to planning
processes, and communicate insights effectively.Leadership in
Market Access & Revenue ManagementModel CSL Seqirus values, develop
a talented team, foster cross-functional collaboration, motivate
results, ensure compliance, and deliver strategic insights.Your
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field;
MBA or Master's preferred.
- 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, including market
access, marketing, and account management.
- Experience with coverage and payment for branded specialty
products.
- Experience with channel partners such as specialty pharmacies,
GPOs, and payers.
- Knowledge of legal, compliance, and regulatory
requirements.
