• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on ground-up projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects ranging from $10 million to $50 million in value.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and best practices, with knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project, is preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification or equivalent is a plus.Profile
