bring to CHANEL. About the Role CHANEL is looking for a Group
Director to join our Fragrance & Beauty (F&B) Account Planning
Team in New York. You will play a leading role in overseeing owned
planning and replenishment strategies while leading a
multi-disciplinary team and provide a unique cross section of both
product and technical expertise. This role interfaces with
allocations as well as merchandise and supply planning and is a key
partner for the digital, retail & operations teams. Our ideal
candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience and a
passion for planning, allocations, and replenishment. What impact
you can create at CHANEL: Drive accurate short-mid term sell in/out
plans by distribution channel for sellable items (12 month
horizon)Partner with retail & digital teams to understand planned
animations and events to best support business and protect
brandMonitor overall Points of Sale (POS) stock levels to ensure
boutiques achieve/exceed targeted sales planEngage with marketing
to provide feedback on novelty campaign activitiesBudgeting
responsibility includes monthly reforecast for sell in; products
phase in/phase out cadenceLead a team of account & replenishment
planners to manage the day-to-day interactions with merchandise &
supply planning, marketing & other cross functional corporate
partners with oversight responsibility for key performance
driversOversee replenishment tool; partnering with the business and
IT when necessary to identify and implement updates and
enhancementsAccountable for shaping replenishment strategies to
meet financial and strategic objectivesSupervise weekly
replenishment from Distrobution Center (DC) to Stores for all
products (on-going and campaigns)Identify and develop
talentEmpower, engage, and inspire the team to lead courageously in

replenishment tool and strategiesExperience in project management
relating to creation, implementation, and change management of
technical toolPossess strong organizational and time management
skillsDemonstrate strength in communication and influencing skills;
not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal
and external business partnersFundamental knowledge of the Supply
Chain including supply planning, forecasting models, inventory
management, manufacturing, and distribution Position Logistics:
Minimum 10 Years of experience BA/BS in the area of planning or
related quantitative discipline Located tri-state area with ability
to be in NY office 3 days / week Cannot provide visa sponsorship at
this time Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this
position is $127,000 through $150,000. Base salary is one component
of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of
variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position. Other
components [may/will] include bonus potential, benefits, and/or

Retail/Field/Boutique positions: Partially Remote: Fragrance &
Beauty Field, Fashion Regionals, etc.: Requires in-store presence
to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational
standards are upheld and support and create an elevated client
experience. Eligible for flex time use. Workplace Essential:
Boutique Management: Requires in-store presence to develop and
coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are
upheld, and deliver elevated client service to drive business
results.Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store and in-person
presence required to support client sales and client service
deliver elevated client service to drive business results.Heart of
House: Requires in-store presence to facilitate the opening and
closing of the boutique; the receiving of inventory; shipping of
