Overview:Imperial Dade, leading national distributor, has a job open in North Berge, NJ! We are searching for a highly motivated Project Director to join our Shared Services team! You will report to the Vice President, Shared Services, and lead the delivery and reporting of multiple programs across our AP and AR organizations. In this role, you will support processes, people, and technology initiatives in various service teams and assist in designing the future Shared Services roadmap. You will function as the PMO lead.

• Direct all AR / AP technology integrations, from discovery through UAT and hyper care
• Oversee multiple projects running in parallel, including assessment of resourcing and capacity modeling where needed
• Identify, develop, and communicate the short- and long-term roadmap for AR and AP
• Measure and report KPIs and SLAs, providing a summary (c-suite) and detailed (operational) level reporting
• Identify and develop opportunities for improvement
• Create detailed process-level documentation and workflows
• Develop and delegate the creation of AR and AP policies and procedures, including process-level documentation, workflows, and training curriculum
• Provide oversight of the enterprise-wide billing process
• Develop a close working relationship with key internal and external stakeholdersQualifications:You have:
  • Minimum of 5 years of large-scale program/project management ( PMP certification is a plus)
  • Experience in managing system integration, AR/AP process transformation
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
  • Experience creating policies, including process documentation
  • Implementing automation tools, including RPA or Power BI
