We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Director of
Compensation. Reporting to the CHRO, you will be responsible for
developing and executing a compensation philosophy, strategy and
programs that enable the company to attract and retain top talent
in this competitive market. This is a perfect opportunity for

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and communicate company compensation
philosophy, market strategy and salary administration practices
Manage and ensure effective governance; evaluate effectiveness of
compensation programs; ensure internal consistency and external
competitiveness
Partner with HR business partners and business leaders to identify
and address compensation needs and challenges across the
enterprise
Maintains compliance with state and federal regulation
Work closely with CHRO, Director of Benefits and VP of HR to ensure
compensation philosophy aligns with overall total rewards and
people strategy
Develop a viable compensation structure which includes salary
ranges, compensation policy, job evaluation process and
decision-making tools for managers
Oversee maintenance of market pricing process, benchmarking survey
participation and market analysis to determine annual increase
schedule and range movement
Responsible for short and long-term incentive design, eligibility,
targets, and administration
Oversee and execute annual salary planning processes for hourly and
salaried population, including recommendations for annual merit
target and short-term incentive structures
Develop and manage position evaluation process, promotional
increase ranges and hiring ranges; collaborate with and educate HR
Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on
compensation decisions
Monitor effectiveness of current programs and make recommendations
for changes, model cost impact and present recommendations
Develop effective and compelling training and communications
strategies, tools and processes to optimize perceived value,
improve employee engagement and ensure regulatory compliance
Assist in board materials related to compensation programs and
employee rewards
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
required, Master's degree and/or CEBS certification desirable
10+ years of progressive experience in compensation administration,
demonstrated experience in a growing company highly desirable
Knowledge of federal and state laws governing compensation
administration practices
Extensive knowledge in pay management, variable compensation, and
incentive plans
Ability to manage competing priorities, flex in a fast-paced and
fluid environment
Ability to operate at a strategic level with senior executives, as
well as at a tactical operational level
Self-motivated; pro-active approach and strong time management
skills; forward thinking
Highly collaborative style and willingness and demonstrated ability
to work in teams
Sound judgment and discretion; able to manage sensitive and
confidential information appropriately
Strong communicator with the ability to drive organizational change
at all levels; ability to write clear and effective employee
communications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software; knowledge
of HRIS (ADP WFN a plus) compensation administration platforms and
integrations with HRIS
Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus
