This role is vital to ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and quality of our medical product manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing sophisticated manufacturing machines used to produce medical devices and products that meet strict healthcare standards. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment within the regulatory requirements of the healthcare industry. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure uninterrupted production operations. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with the production team to implement machine improvements and innovations that enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Maintain accurate records of machine service histories and inventory of spare parts and supplies. Adhere to safety policies and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs. Basic knowledge of electrical systems and PLC programming. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Medical Insurance 401k Certifications in Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Systems, or CNC Programming are highly desirable.
