Job Description Job Description Project Manager/Project Engineer Job Description We are seeking a Project Manager/Project Engineer with 10 years of experience in basic project management. This role involves supporting the management of commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with our core principles of professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage project submittals and construction documentation. Utilize tools such as Procore, QuickBid, and Onscreen for project management tasks. Assist in project coordination and engineering tasks related to commercial construction. Support the team in project management activities including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Work closely with the VP of Operations to ensure project goals are met and client satisfaction is achieved. Essential Skills 10 years of experience in construction project management. Proficiency in Procore, Onscreen, and QuickBid. Strong project coordination and engineering skills. A positive attitude and eagerness to grow within the company. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with wood framing and commercial construction. Understanding of construction submittals and documentation processes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/hr.
