Four ABA Paraprofessional Positions Levittown, PA Seeking dedicated ABA paraprofessionals to support K-12 students with severe autism needs in various classrooms in Levittown, PA. These full-time contract roles (37.5 hours/week, MondayFriday, between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM) focus on supporting students with Level 3 autism intensiveness, including severe behaviors such as physical aggression and elopement. Responsibilities: - Provide direct classroom support and behavior intervention consistent with ABA methods. - Implement safety protocols and advanced intervention techniques as needed. - Collaborate with teachers and specialists to support individualized education plans. - Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance in alignment with the school calendar. - Participate in required orientation week and ongoing professional development. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year experience as an ABA paraprofessional in K-12 classroom settings. - Residence within a 35-minute commute of Levittown, PA. - Availability for full-time hours and mandatory orientation week (8:30 AM 4:30 PM). - Possession of or commitment to obtain PA paraprofessional certification within 60 days. - Compliance with Pennsylvania state paraprofessional requirements (e.g., 48 post-secondary credits, associate degree, or state-recognized credential). - Ability to support students with severe behaviors and implement appropriate interventions. - Reliable transportation for timely arrival and departure. - Submission of two supervisor references and detailed responses to screening questions concerning work history, availability, experience with challenging behaviors, and commitment to role.
