Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An educational opportunity is available for a Special
Education Teacher serving students across grades K-12 in a dynamic
school environment in Philadelphia, PA. This contract position
focuses on delivering specialized instruction within self-contained
classrooms, resource settings, and special day classrooms, catering
to diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and
implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to
students unique needs. Manage classroom environments that support
academic and social growth for students in grades K-12. Collaborate
with interdisciplinary teams, including support staff and families,
to optimize student outcomes. Maintain detailed records of student
progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly. Provide
specialized instruction and interventions in compliance with state
regulations and best practices. Qualifications: Active State
License in Special Education required. Experience working with a
broad age range (K-12) within special education settings preferred.
Ability to effectively manage diverse classroom formats, including
self-contained and resource rooms. Strong communication and
organizational skills essential. Job Details: Location:
Philadelphia, PA Start Date: Immediate, through the end of the
school year Schedule: 30 to 37.5 hours per week, 5 days weekly
Rate: $37-41/hour, commensurate with experience Benefits:
