Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at an
elementary school located nearby Latham, NY, with sessions also in
Pine Plains, NY. This contract role starts ASAP and offers
potential for extension beyond the summer. The assignment includes
coverage for two openings: one maternity leave position lasting 6
to 8 months and one long-term coverage requiring 27 sessions. Key
Responsibilities: Provide speech-language therapy services to
elementary school students. Conduct evaluations and develop
individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with educators and
parents to support student progress. Maintain accurate
documentation and compliance with NY state regulations.
Qualifications and Experience: Must hold a valid New York State SLP
license. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
Demonstrated experience working in school settings with children.
Knowledge of speech-language pathology assessment and intervention
techniques. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Assignment Details: Location: Primarily sessions in Latham, NY;
maternity leave coverage in Pine Plains, NY. Contract duration:
Starting as soon as possible with pending end date and possible
extension. Full-time schedule with 27 sessions per week. Coverage:
One 6-8 month maternity leave and one long-term role. Please note,
this opportunity is not open to voco candidates. This is an
excellent opportunity for licensed SLPs seeking meaningful work in
the school environment with steady full-time hours and potential

for this position ranges from $36.72 to $66.72. Eligible candidates
