Job Description Job Description Job Summary: Porsche of Brooklyn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Technician with a strong background in German car service to join our team. As a Porsche Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on Porsche vehicles with the highest quality and attention to detail. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Brooklyn, New York, with a salary range of $80,000 to $175,000 per year. Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary of $80,000 to $175,000 per year, based on experience and skill level • Opportunities for overtime and bonuses • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401k retirement plan with company match • Paid time off and paid holidays • Career development and training opportunities • Employee discounts on vehicle purchases, parts, and services Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Porsche vehicles • Utilize diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately identify and troubleshoot problems • Perform warranty repairs and recalls as directed by Porsche of Brooklyn and manufacturer's guidelines • Keep up-to-date with latest technology and training to maintain expertise in Porsche vehicles • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and provide recommendations for future maintenance Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology preferred • Minimum of 3 years experience as a technician in a similar role, preferably with German car brands • ASE certifications or Porsche specific training is a plus • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions • Must have own tools and possess a valid driver's license • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time • Willingness to work varying shifts and overtime as needed EEOC Statement: Porsche Brooklyn is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
