You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while ensuring all work is completed efficiently and meets dealership and manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities Perform vehicle inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. Work efficiently to meet dealership and manufacturer standards. Use advanced diagnostic tools and software to pinpoint and repair vehicle issues. Complete thorough multi-point inspections and communicate findings to the Service Advisor. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment. Stay current with technical training and certifications. Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Properly document all repairs and services performed on vehicles. Keep up with manufacturer training and certifications to remain current on the latest automotive technology. Qualifications High school diploma or GED Experience: Minimum of 2 years as an automotive technician (preferred) Certifications: ASE certifications are a plus Pennsylvania Inspection and Emissions Certification: A plus Valid drivers license and a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to maintaining a high standard of work quality Willingness to continue learning and improving technical skills Work Schedule Full-Time Position Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays off. Additional hours may be required as job duties demand.
