Join us as a SNC Reg Reporting AVP. At Barclays, our vision is

solutions. You will support Barclays Non-Financial Regulatory
Reporting of Shared National Credit (SNC), playing a key role in
coordinating report production. This position will involve working
closely with various stakeholders to identify data issues, ensuring
effective data management and governance. The individual will also
contribute to the funded change program aimed at enhancing data
aggregation for the report. The role requires proactive involvement
in shaping business solutions in an ambiguous environment. To be
successful as a SNC Reg Reporting AVP, you should have experience
with: Wholesale Lending Regulatory Reporting Business Analysis and
Technology Change Expertise Some other highly valued skills may

technical skills. This role is located in Whippany, NJ Purpose of
the role To support business areas with day-to-day processing,
reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
Accountabilities Support various business areas with day-to-day
initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading,
and issue resolution. Collaboration with teams across the bank to
align and integrate operational processes. Identification of areas
for improvement and providing recommendations in operational
processes. Development and implementation of operational procedures
and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
Development of reports and presentations on operational performance
and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
Identification of industry trends and developments to implement
best practice in banking operations. Participation in projects and
initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Assistant Vice President Expectations To advise and influence
