Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Accounting Coordinator
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee patient billing and collection processing in compliance
with departmental policies
Manage payment posting, cash reconciliation, and insurance
follow-up
Provide coaching and training to staff members and assist in
special projects
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare
environment
Preferred Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of experience in
a healthcare setting
Experience in financial operations, banking, or collections is
preferred
Knowledge of Epic or other EMR systems is preferred
