Overview:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel rooms. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Duties:- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities- Ensure all areas of the room are well-maintained and free of debris- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department- Follow established procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials- Adhere to all safety and security protocols- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests- Assist with laundry duties as neededRequirements:- Previous experience in floor care, hotel housekeeping, or custodial work is preferred- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and products is a plus- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of timeWe offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our organization.
